2024 Vision Board & Resolution
My resolutions for this year aren't too complicated. Last year I was quite overwhelmed because I needed to balance academics and organizations so that my personal desires were pushed aside. So, this year I want to really focus on myself both in academics, health, organization and habits. Especially the habit of procrastinating. I know this year will be quite difficult to let go of my busy schedule even though there are so many tanggal merah, so I want to be a more organized person this year so that I don't get stressed/under pressure. I want all my wants, needs and obligations to be balanced. These are some of my priority to improve in 2024:
HEALTH
Consistent workout
Consistent 7 hours sleep schedule
ACADEMIC
Study smarter
Increase average score
Take part and win chemistry & biology olympiad
MIND & SOUL
Start playing piano again
Limit screen time
Read more book
